nurse's salary

There's a loaded question! I think wages should be commensurate with education and experience. As a BSN w/ 6 yrs exp, I'm over the $25/hr mark, with an office setting. If we're going to continue to raise the profession of nursing, we need to start rewarding for and encouraging higher level nsg degrees.
