I'm new here. I just found out about this website after I took my Nclex a few days ago. I was so nervous but after I spent some time here, I felt much better and was able to sleep while waiting for my result. I was thrilled to find out that I passed!! Thank you all for sharing your experience and stories.
Here's the problem, and I'm getting really nervous again! My primary state of residence is Hawaii (non-compact state). I've had my nursing school
in Virginia (compact state) and will eventually change my primary state of residence to Virginia. I applied for Virginia license. On my license it says "Valid only in Virginia, expires 2009" instead of "multi-state priviledge, expires 2007".
Will this impact my working status in Virginia as a state employee (I work in a state facility)? I hope they'll continue to let me work. It looks complicated. I'm getting nervous again OMG!
How can I inform BON later on that I changed my primary state of residence? Will the change affect the status of my license? (i.e. changing it to "multi-state privilege"?)
