Hi all!

I am preparing to enter my last semester of undergrad BSN. I am looking for any advice on tools that can help me find a job. Are there any sites that may be better than others? Or is my best bet going directly to a hospital's website? Any advice on ways to network? I would appreciate any other tips and tricks you may have!

Thank you!

Best advice:

If that is your real name, change it.

Apply anywhere you can, but follow directions. If directions say apply online, do just that. Submit your resume online with application.

Apply to positions that you're not even sure you want, such as LTC. New grads are accepting less-than-they-dreamed-of positions just to obtain experience.

Be prepared to move. Under-served (rural) areas are much more open to new grads.

Also ask around in clinical...sometimes if you a make a good name for yourself in clinicals you may get asked if you have applied there yet. If you get question from a Nurse there i highly suggest to apply
