Naps In Between Jobs/Work Shifts

So, currently I'm working at two different jobs. Up to three days of the week, I work both of them, one in the morning (eight hours) and one in the evening (four to five hours). Typically, I have a couple of hours in between the jobs that I could use to take a nap. I look forward to these naps, but find it hard to get out of bed for the next job. Without these naps, I only get about five hours of sleep during these days. I was wondering if you would recommend I continue taking these naps, or if I should just stay up in between jobs.

When I find myself in a situation where I'm tired and have to be up soon, I have something caffeinated before I lie down.
