I keep having reoccuring sinisitis. Treat, comes back, again and again. Have been on guifen for months to stay dry so that i won't get another infection. Have HA daily. MD will not swab me for any other pathogens. Is it possible that MRSA has gone into my sinis cavities........or am i just going crazy from the pain?????

I once read in a nursing magazine that a very high percentage of nursing personel often have MRSA lurking in their nasal passages. I guess it is because of what all nurses are around. It really would not hurt for the MD to swab your sinuses to see if you acutally have it. Ask him to.
