Money For Second Degree

Hello,

I have been accepted into a program and I already have my bachelors degree. I am trying to see how do I pay for this. I went to a financial aid officer but she didn't want to talk to me and gave me a loan application and sent me out of her office. I am going to an orientation at our local WIN job center to see if I qualify for the WIA program but i don't think I do. What advice do you all have for paying for a 2nd degree? Thanks for your help.

what type degree? Is it related to nursing? If so, you might be able to negotiate something with your current employer for a loan or tuition reimbursement. When I was seeking my masters dgree I talked to the Dean's assistant about financial assistance. I knew I did not qualify for grants, and did not want the expense of a loan. She knew of several scholarships available for grad students, as facilities were trying to get that level of nurse employed in the field. So she hooked me up. I hope you find what you need.

Another source is a GOOD librarian, preferable one from a college or university, who is aware of your needs.
