Greetings,

I have been invited to interview at Midwestern's Program in Glendale. Has anyone else been invited?

Congrats on getting an interview. I applied very close to the deadline and haven't heard back yet. All the best in your interview!

Thank you. I hope you hear something as well.

I have an interview scheduled for July 19th. I have read some previous posts about how the interview is pretty laid back. Typically I think they divide you into 2 groups. 1 group will tour the campus while the other group does interviews with a panel of about 3 people then they switch. Everything I have read has been posted several years ago so if anyone knows if the interview process has changed it would be really helpful to me!

Thanks for your response. Good luck with your interview

Congrats on getting an interview, how long after application did it take for them to contact you? Was it via email or phone call? I applied and haven't heard back yet....fingers crossed

I applied in April and got an email May.

Congrats on the interview. I have barely started the process of beginning to apply to CRNA programs and would like feedback after you interview to see what kind of questions they ask. Thanks.

How did it go? What kinds of questions did you get?

Hi Murse! Did you have your interview? Any information that you could share? Thanks!

It' started off with the admissions director going over details of the program. We were then split into 2 groups. 1 group took a tour of the campus and the other group remained to interview. We were interviewed by a panel of 3-4 people.

Questions asked: Tell me about yourself. Why do you want be a CRNA, what the difference between a CRNA and an Anesthesiologist? How is your biochem? What would you do if you fail? At the end the director told us we should here from him by phone by the end of business day.

When you say the other group remained to interview, does that mean they asked you all those questions as a group, and you had to take turns answering? Or were you alone with the panel of 3-4 people and then asked those questions?
