Male nurses working in a female dominated profession

Hi there. Im a 4th year nursing student preparing a seminar on male nurses working in a female dominated profession. Seeing as there are so few male nurses around to poll personally, I was wondering if anyone out there can help me by providing some personal insight. Im interested in your opinions and experiences regarding your employment in such a predominantly female profession. What issues are you confronted with?
