LPN to RN question

I am graduating soon from LPN school. I definately wanna go to RN school because the fields I wanna work in require RN education. Does anyone know if Pennsylvania offers advance placement for LPNs into an RN program or will I have to start at the very beginning??????

St Margaret in pgh allows for advanced placement, as well as UPMC. I too, am an LPN, but am happy doing what I am doing where I am doing it. You go girl!!!
