lpn to paramedic???
- 0Apr 15, '08 by adrox88Quick question, I just graduated PN school and ultimately want to have my MSN and be a flight nurse, but thats gonna be a while. Anyways, does anyone know if there is such a thing as a LPN to paramedic course? If not, would a paramedic course be a breeze since I'm already a nurse? Would some of my credits transfer?.....Or, should I worry about becoming a paramedic after I finish my RN?(which I plan on starting in the next year) Any feedback would be awesome.
- 0Apr 15, '08 by ukstudentI don't think that there are any lpn-paramedic courses. And no from all accounts becoming a paramedic is not a breeze. You also don't need to become one in oder to do flight nursing.
Go to the flight nurse forum, there are multiple threads on what the requirements are for flight nursing.
