I had an interview today for my dream position. They've invited me back for a job shadow on Monday. I am taking this as a positive sign, but at the same time, don't want to become too hopeful for fear being let down.

Anyone here managers and have asked a candidate to come in to do a job shadow? Is this a good sign that they are seriously considering me? Any recommendations/advice on how to rock it?

Thanks a bunch!

our company does not allow shadowing due to patient confidentiality issues. I would consider it a good sign but not an absolute one, as this could be just another step in the process. GOOD LUCK!
