Help Make Me More Desirable!!!

I am a new grad and I want to be an ER nurse more than anything. In my area there are two new grad positions open in the ER. It is rumored that there are hundreds of applicants applying for these jobs. I need to make sure I stand out.
I have my ACLS and I am thinking of taking an online emergency RN course.
Do you think these online ER RN classes are a good idea? They are expensive ($100-$300 per course). If so, which one do you recommend?
What else can I do to make my application stand out!

Thank you!!! I don’t know what I would do without Allnurses!!!!

I would like to know the answer also, I have heard of new grads getting other certifications to become more desireable. It definitely impresses and saves employers money and they like that lol.

Good luck!!!
