For Public Health Nurses

I'm really just curious, for any public health nurses out there, please tell me what you do and why you love it (or not). I've been on an onc/medsurg floor for 2 years and can't deal with the anxiety anymore. I love my patients but the physical and emotional toll this is taking on me has me convinced that I'm better off giving public health a try. I know there are so many different public health positions and would love to hear about any and all. Thank you so much and please feel free to share if you have had a similar experience :)
