What is the best way to go about working and going to school for your RN?

Is it better to get your LPN...and then work...and then get your RN?

Can anyone share their experiences in this area?

Your constructive input is greatly appreciated...!

Hi Tony. Speaking from my experiences (went from LPN to ADN to BSN, etc). At any rate I really wished that I would have just gone straight to the BSN. This would be my ideal route. However, life happens.

My opinion: do the BSN first if at all possible. If not possible, do the ADN first and skip the LPN if the RN is your ultimate goal.
