Exact difference between comfort measures & hospice?

What is the difference between Comfort Measures Only, Hospice, DNR...What is the exact difference? ( I know some, but I'll appreciate if someone can clearly explain it.) Thanks a lot in advance.

Yup ... Don't I feel silly! I actually saw that .. but NOT until AFTER I'd already posted my question! It's a shame too. I sounded like it had some really good information!
