Education Financing

I am a nurse with an Associates Degree. I have 8 yrs experience and I am Certified in Emergency Nursing. I am looking into going back to school for to get to the Masters degree level, because I want to teach Nursing School. Does anyone know of any scholarships or grants that will cover the cost of my education. I would be willing to sign contract to teach in return for finacial aid. Thanks

Kevin, I notice you are from LA. I'm don't know much about that area, but I can give you a link to THE place to start a search for financial aid/scholarships.

There you will find a lot of info about scholarships, loans, and much more. You can do a search on scholarships to find those that are specific to your area.

Also check you employee benefits and the benefits of other facilities in your area. I think our hospital pays 80% if you keep a B average and the courses are nursing related.
