LOL! I have an 8 y/o female Aussie and a 2 y/o male Border Collie. Love them both so much! Good luck in your new job.

CONGRATULATIONS! I'm in Austin too and I want to be an ICU nurse as well. Do you mind telling me which hospital you will be working in? I know several around town have great preceptorships. Also, if you have any pointers, I'd be interested in your advice. I'm in the ACC fastrack program now and graduate in August. Feel free to PM me if you'd rather not post specifics.
