Do employers really care if you worked full time or PRN at a place?

Does one year of PRN work equal one year of full time for the most part?

I don't seem to remember on past applications them asking whether your position was full time vs. part time or PRN.

Some do, some don't. Just be honest if it comes up (or is on the form) but, as they say in interview prep courses...........don't volunteer the info either.

I think it depends on how much prn you worked. If you basically worked full time 40 hrs a week then yes. If you worked prn like I do, which is down to 1-2 8 hr shifts a week then no. You have to put in the hours for it to count as full time.
