Quick question on diet orders...

While going thru a patient chart their diet is listed as: M/S, CC, HO

Im assuming that this means mechanical soft, calorie counts, and Im stuck on the last one. Ive googled and cant seem to find what this might mean. I need this for a care plan, so if anyone knows what the HO means, I appreciate your input!

Also, I know this is porbably a really dumb question, but this is only my second care plan ever, I'm only in nursing fundamentals for a few weeks now.

CC could also mean controlled carbohydrate (diabetic diet). That's what it means in my facility anyways.

HO could mean honey-thick liquids, though I'd want that clarified if it wasn't on the facility's approved abbreviation list.
