CEN and assessment review

I've put it off long enough!

Any advice on CEN review? I'm wanting to start with the very basics.... resp assessment, cardiac and EKG reading, etc and then work up to actual CEN content. A little review of the basics never hurts :)

I'm not quite ready to purchase an actual CEN review course- I plan to make this my yearly goal on my eval so I have time. I'd like to start with some good (free) review online and then go from there. So I need suggestions for some good sites- cardiac is my biggest weakness overall. I can recognize the basics needed for ER, but I'd be a better nurse if I could expand my skills. I've been to merk online so I know that one.

On a slightly different note- anyone know of a site that has video/audio of cheyne stokes respirations? I need a good example, preferably for central or obstructive sleep apnea, to show to a new co-worker. We can't find anything online.

I'm also looking for good review sites in general- stuff from all aspects of pt care. Cardiac, OB, RT, Peds, Neuro- a total review of nursing. I want to start at the bottom, and over the year work up to CEN material. I've tried a few google searches but I keep coming up with nursing school info. I guess it's a contradiction to want sites for experienced nurses that review basic concepts, lol.
