I would guess this is probably a homework assignment! Read the questions and think about them for a second. Would you wipe yourself from back to front?

Federal & State requirements regarding restraint indicate their use would be utilized with a physician's order to ensure the safety of a patient who lacks the capacity to make safe judgments related to their care; therefore this would not violate the rights of the patient.

Nursing Home residents have the right to have visitors 24/7 as long as the visitors are not disruptive to the care of the resident or others.

Always wipe from cleanest to more soiled...generally front to back.

:/ I guess OP has hw answers now. I am sure a few of my classmates must have done this too but it doesn't seem that effective as a learning method.
