At home position vs bedside

I have been a bedside telemetey/surgical imu at a local county hospital for almost 3 years now and I am to the point where I am ready to check out other oppurtunities for me as a nurse. I recently had a baby girl and she is now 3 months I had to return to work when she was only 2 months and it has been so hard for me to leave her ever since. My mother watches her but I work night shift so her having to keep her for 2 nights straigt is kind of hard on her. I am looking to work from home until she is at least 1 or 2 or if it works out as long as I can. Any how to the point does any one know of any at home Jon oppurtunities with good benefits like healthcare etc... I have 2 kids so this is a major factor.. and to where I can work from home? Look into major insurance companies: United Healthcare, Amerigroup, Molina, Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Humana, etc. I am a nurse case manager who works from home. The flexibility is unbelievable.

Thank you so much I really appreciate you taking the time to contact me back.. if you don't mind me asking what company do u work for and are the benefits affordable.. I work for the county and my benefits are great which is why I am so skeptical to leave but I don't want that holding me back from other oppurtinities.

I am unwilling to mention the name of the company, but it is a major insurance company that most people have heard of. My benefits are affordable, but I'm a single person with no dependents.

I worked for an insurance company for a short while (great job btw) when I had a 2 yr old, I still needed to utilize some child care. Having a little one demanding attention while you're trying to make calls and enter data was pretty difficult, it definitely made the work day longer.

It's a good option for a working parent but I would recommend starting off using childcare.
