Advice for new grads

Hello,

I am writing a book for nursing students which will be published this July. I am finishing up this week and was hoping to include some advice from experienced nurses to help new grads cope with reality shock.

Does anyone have advice they would care to share for inclusion in the book? I appreciate your assistance!
