I am not sure if this is the right forum...

I am looking to get practice/liability insurance. My hospital has insurance for us but I am looking at doing some nursing stuff outside of that facility. What provider do people like/think is good...ect..

I've always used NSO--Nurses' Service Organization. They have a website.

you should have it any way, the hosp isnt going to put you first....and even if you are not working and respond to some neighbor/mva what ever....you still need your own ins

I too agree with having your own insurance. If you make a mistake, are named in a lawsuit or there is any type of problem, the facility's lawyer is going to working for your employer, not you.
