Forensic Nursing degree, is it worth it???

by Diaper

Hey everyone,

Since I was a little girl, I've always been fascinated with the crime scenes and forensic science. I've been thinking to take the online forensic nursing certificate at Kapan University.

Does anyone know about the Kaplan Forensic nursing program and where can I obtain a job as a forensic nurse?

Thank you very much for your help !
Christina.

Your role as a nurse in forensics likely won't involve crime scenes.
The only forensic nurses I have known were sexual assault nurse examiners (SANE). I have also known a nurse that was a deputy coroner- that would be the closest I've seen a nurse to a crime scene.
I'd suggest contacting Siri- this area seems to be her bag and she is full of helpful information.
Good luck!
