I'm getting super excited cpr is done just fingerprinting on April 7th now, did you see that you can see the books on the book website now. :)

Hi everyone! Congrads on getting in! Is anyone paying with financial aid / loans? or planning on working during the program still?

No, I have some money saved up and my husband and I are going to be real tight with money for the year. I don't think its really possible to work while in this program, at least during the later months when there are clinicals. You might get away with working for the summer months, but I'm not taking that risk. From what I've heard there isn't really much notice on when you have to be somewhere so you can't plan ahead much.

Yeah I definitely don't want to try to work but I am nervous about how money will look because financial aid hasn't made award packages yet for summer /fall so I'm in the dark!

If you need to work part time you will probably be ok to work weekends.

I'm going to wait till the meeting on Tuesday to get all the details. I had such a hard time getting to my finger print appointment! I ended up at the jail

I bought the blue scrubs at the scrub store by the mall. Its the same blue as the RN school. I ordered my name tag at the book store but other than that I have not purchased any books.
