RN Salary Central/South Florida

Hi! I'm currently living in Central New York and hoping to move south in the next year or so. My question is, what is the typical RN salary in Central or South Florida. We are looking at either the Jupiter area or the Coco Beach area. I have 18 years experience, 11 in telemetry and oncology and most recently 2 years in the er. I am looking to stay in the emergency room. I'm trying to decide if I should look for a permanent job, or take a position with a travel agency. Any information, would be greatly appreciated.

I know a nurse in Cocoa with 18yrs experience too. She's making $30.88 at a hospital and she thinks it is because of the location. I know another nurse in Lake City, working ER making "close to $40" an hr. I just talked to a new RN in Gainesville and she's making $21.
