Are there any new graduates program for Panama City Florida? What are some hospitals there? I have only found two, Gulf Medical Center and Bay Medical Center.

Those would be your two hospitals and no, there are no new grad programs that I'm aware of. Both hospitals have hired new grads into positions, except into specialty units. For further info, call the nurse recruiters at these facilities.

Tallahassee is 1 hour away; two hospitals. TMH and CRMC.

Have you tried Elgin? I thought they had built a new VA medical center or there.

Panama City native here! Our only two hospitals are Bay Med and Gulf Coast. Bay is our not for profit and Gulf Coast is a private hospital owned by HCA. Both hire new grads, Gulf Coast has an established new grad program...I think they call it the PIN program or something along those lines. Bay recently hired several new grads into all three ICUs. St. Joe is about an hour away and a brand new Sacred Heart just opened. If you look into tallahassee, it is really closer to 2-2.5 hours away, not one. Hope that is somewhat helpful!
