Is anyone applying to FL Health Orlando and Lee Memorial RN residency program?

I am interested in applying to Orlando and Ft.Myers residency program. I am in the process of applying to both places. My first pick is Orlando. Can anyone tell me which hospital pays more? how are the programs like? is it 2 or 3 yr contract?..THANK YOU for sharing any info. God bless!

Hey applepie2013! Just to clarify are you talking about florida hospital? If so, it is a 2 year contract and I think the amount is 13,500k prorated depending on when/if you break the contract. Are you applying for the July program?

Hello mo16, Sorry I meant to say florida hospital..oops :p..I have sent my application for July/August program...I currently live in Miami which I need some time to find an apt at Orlando if I get accepted..Are you in the program? what unit did you apply?..thanks for replying back ;)

No problem for some reason I also say fl health all the time lol! I am and I'm from Miami too! :) I applied for a few because they asked for three on the app but when I spoke to the recruiter she asked about other units I would be interested in. I was contacted by cardiac and neuro and I chose Neuro because I've always been interested in it. The application process was a bit long I think a month in total before I knew I was accepted. Keep checking your online application status! When did you apply?

I applied on May 14th..I wish I knew about it earlier..my application says that is "currently under initial review"..Please can you PM me with the recruiter's contact info..this whole residency application is so new to me. It was so hard to narrow down my top 3 interests..I picked Multisystem ICU, NICU, ER..I will PM you soon!
