Hey All,

Been working as a nurse in FL and interested in buying a house for the first time. I thought I remember hearing something about incentives to keep nurses in florida by assisting with home purchases. All I've been able to find are 'Teacher next door' and 'officer next door' programs. I believe it was something to do with fnma housing but I wasn't even able to find that online. If anyone knows anything or where I might find the information I would appreciate it.

Not sure if this is what you were referring too. I think I also saw a differnt pgor
