Herzing University-Orlando

Can anyone give me any information about Herzing University in Tampa. I am just unsure after speaking with someone today. The accreditation seems legit (more so for the ASN than the BSN). Just would like some basic feedback so I don't waste my time or money. Thanks!

I have no specific feedback on that entity but if it's like Keiser or the other "private" nursing schools in Florida, do your best to get on with one of the state community college instead. You'll spend 90% less and be better regarded by the hospitals. Of course if you don't have the grades or time to do the prereqs, it's easier to get into the other schools, but the debt you leave with can be crushing.

Agreed. Why people go to Private Schools absolutely baffles me. The negative reputation of "private" schools like this is all over the Internet.

I attend Herzing University. I started January 2014. I have not had any problems with the teaching methods or class schedules. Everything is running smoothly at this time. I start core in September. Excited and nervous to see how it goes.

Orlando herzing campus is CCNE accredited as of may 2014.. Which means u can transfer credits to another university and transfer license to another state.
