hello i've been working for different agencies as a lpn and now that i am looking for a job a rn it's hard to find a job because my resume is filled with agency positions. please help me someone please i need a job i've mailed my resume to 24 hospitals, emailed my resume, and applied to over 45 positions and received no response. i've revised my resume several times, and just decided to add my cna work experience back on there because i was trying to keep it from being 2 pages but for this critique i decided to put everything on there. please help i need a job fast..
