Should I add/delete anything? it's an ER position.. Any feedback would be appreciated. I will be delivering it to the ER tomorrow morning by hand. Should I add a smiley face? The manager has a goofy personality, she was making jokes and laughing.

No smiley face! Ever! :spin:
Excellent letter - it's really the gesture of the letter and not the content so much (as long as all grammar
are correct that is) that the hiring manager will notice.
Good luck - hope you get the job!
