  4. I found that to be the hardest test I've taken yet. I used the TCN module and the EC practice exam to prepare for it. As a paramedic, I thought I had a firm grasp on the whole acid-base balance and electrolyte thing, but I was completely wrong. In fact, throughout the course of this medic to RN program I have realized that I didn't know as much as I thought I did and that there is a big difference between what I learned as a medic and what I need to learn to be an RN. Kinda got off topic there. But seriously, the TCN module has all the info. It's just a matter of learning it all. Good luck.

Yeah, I'm a medic too and I'm learning that the hard way lol.. Oh no thanks for getting off topic I enjoyed reading that someone went through the same emotions I am experiencing right now; Medic thinking and RN thinking is taking a serious transition! I will purchase the TCN module as well as the practice exams.. I have sg101 but I want something to supplement it.. Thanks!!!

Medic-brain and nurse-brain are very different! Once you realize that, I think it helps in the learning process. :-) Enjoy your journey!
