Hey Guys. I was wondering if any of you all know where I can find a pocket-size quick reference that will be handy in the emergency room. I have looked some places, but can't quite find the right thing. Thanks in advance.

Amamda,
I use one called the ER/TRAUMA Checkmate. Small enough for your pocket and full of info.
I mainly use it for drugs like dopamine and such when doing a code on the floor and they don't have any books with doses made up.

speaking of references, anyone using a palm? What kind? I'm interested in getting one, I think it would keep all sorts of info, and take up less space.

My problem with mine is I try to keep too much information on mine. I need one with a bigger memory. Other than that I love it.

I use the one from http://www.emsguides.com. I have the paper version and the palm version. The paper version is better...a little more comphrehensive and I know right where a lot of the things I use are, so I can flip right to it rather than foll around trying to get it out of the palm.
