ID bands

My ED Manager is wondering if all EDs put ID bands on their patients at the time of Admission. Would appreciate any answers.

Yepper........I got banded back in December when out of state visiting my daughter and family and ended up in the ER. Anyhoo...they took really good care of me.....an "out-of-towner", and banded me immediately. :)
