    I got job offers for the IMC and ICU; decided not to go for the diabetic Telemetry interview. Accepted the IMC offer, started officially on Monday. I know I have a lot of studying to do, but I believe I made the right choice. My dialysis knowledge will definitely help me.

    Hope all is going well. I am in a similar situation as you. I graduated last May (2011), was hired as an acute dialysis nurse, and got fed up. lol. I will be starting Med/Surg on Monday. I am very excited but a bit apprehensive.
