I have a friend who started a while back with a major dialysis company in a PD unit in Las Vegas who moved from Hemo to try something new (better hours, new skillset). Seems that there is a high attrition rate with most nurses who stay for a while then leave after training with this company. She came to find that it was due to poor local/clinic management due to rapid growth (double the population in 1 year).
How often do you find that learning new business skills are hindered by due to poor management or micromangement?

I see it with chronic outpt hemo units too as dialysis in the US is governed by CMS which brings with it the confusion and bureaucracy of the US government.
