Dialysis Tech

Hi Everyone,

Could someone please explain to me what a dialysis tech does and is responsible for? I'm concerned about my son who is in training to be one but he is not very forthcoming when I ask what he will be expected to do. He does talk alot about the educational opportunity and ladder climbing in this company's policy.
