Hi,

Currently finishing up first year at GWCC, so I'll answer your questions. Passing grade required for each semester is a 74, and most of the clinicals are evenings (3-10). They do ask for volunteers for morning Clinicals but only for about 25 out of the 100 students.

I've had a good 1st year, personally I think the program is great (some instructors better than others) but that's like anywhere. I would definitely recommend working the least amount of hours as you can and still get by with. Just ensure you follow through on all the deadlines for medical/vaccines and everything else during the summer. Good luck --

It's an awesome program I got to do things my first week of clinicals students from other programs are never allowed to do ASN or BSN. The lab is state of the art, loved my time at Gateway. Just finished my RN-BSN at CCSU and I think gateway prepares students better.

Hi there, do you have any recommendations for a good study guide for med math over the summer before starting in the fall? Thanks!

I am hoping to get into their evening program. Only prerequisites I have are Anatomy 1 and 2. Question on a few scenarios: If I take Anatomy 1 this fall and my Teas can I apply for the 2016 program?

If I take my Anatomy 1 during the summer and take the TEAS. Still have to complete Anatomy 2 during the fall can I apply to the 2016 program?

Do you think can work night's 7-7 and still do this evening program?

I worked nights 11-7 if you have flexibility in your schedule you can do nights but classes and clinical are 3-4 evenings a week.
