Resume help for new CNA

This is really excellent. I think I might steal your template. And yes, include previous experience and tailor it to a medical setting. Honestly, most of my jobs never asked for a resume, and when I gave them the resume in interviews, they didn't even look at it.

I would include your previous work experience that is most related to the medical field, and do include your college education, it shows that you are well educated and may be able to make decisions faster depending on your degree.

I would absolutely include all work experience and short job descriptions as well as any education beyond your CNA course.

Resumes are not only to represent what skills you have for the current job but also can display how well rounded you are. There are many skills an attributes that could have been acquired from other professions and jobs and translated into your current line of work.
