I have found a school in my area that offers cna training(redcross is my other option, but dont know when next class will start) anyway, this school is I guess a private school ,has a very informative website, breaks down all the lessons for you, tells you exactly what hours are spent on what etc... it says its 80 lecture hrs. and 40 clinical/lab hrs......licensed by the florida dept. of education &approved by the board of nursing.... do ya'll think it would be ok? also cpr/bls is included, price comparable to redcross. thanks,Michelle:D ps. and the class starts oct.14 mandatory orientation this friday oct.3rd

Private schools are fine. It looks like you did your homework and verified that place is approved and that your program will lead to certification.

Whatever school you go to, there is no guarantee as to how good the teachers are. So, wherever you go, you take your chances on instructors anyway.

thanks for responding rance:bow:
