Hi I am a medical assistant student I will be graduating in September of this year from Kaplan in Hammond I wanted to do my externship in davita dialysis and was hoping to get hired there to but I do not have any experience in dialysis and I am not a CNA so I do not know please help me out please!!!!!!

I'm not familiar with the center you mentioned, but I guess I can try to help....does the facility only hire CNAs (and that's why you mentioned it)? Did you see a specific job opening posted....but only for someone with dialysis experience? I'd think you'd need to know a few more answers--from the facility--before we'd be able to offer you much help here, sorry.
