Common conversions??

I am trying to find a chart that shows common metric equilivants for intake and output. For instance: How many mls is in a popsicle, jello, etc. Anyone have a link that would help me? Thanks, Kellyhutch

4 oz = 120cc/ml which is 4x30 - so just look at the package in determine the oz then multiply by 30
