Any St. Elizabeth Health Center Alum?

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to know if there are any potential/current/grads of St. Elizabeth Health Center, Nurse Anesthesia, Inc. in Youngstown, Ohio?

I'm planning on applying to the program.

I would like to get your input on the program? Interview process? etc.

Any info will help.

Cheers.

Vince.

Default st e's
vince,
I just had an interview in younstown on 3-12. The interview went pretty well. mostly personal questions a few swan questions but not too bad. Now all I do is wait. They have 7 applicants for every slot and they take 10-12 a year. I met with the director, the head CRNA, 2 MD's and the head of anesthesia. I think I did ok but its hard to tell. I also intervewed in Akron back in Nov. I got an alternate slot there but I hope to get a slot in y town.

Hi again,

I forgot to ask...do you know by chance when they are supposed to let you know if you got accepted or not? And when will they end their interview process?

Default info about St.E's

Hello,

They are still interviewing, and as far as I know that have not made any selections yet. As for timing............... I interviewed on Feb. 14,'03 and didn't get the acceptance letter until April 16th!!! I am in the second semester.............I came for a drink at the fountain of knowledge and am getting squirted with 5 fire hoses at the moment. I don't know how far into the process they are but it seems they are doing them in batches, a small group at a time, a few groups per week. Good luck!!! and be patient.....

Default trying to be patient
They said that they were doing them in batches and that it could be as late as May before I find out. I will just keep crossing my fingers every time I venture to the mailbox. Thanks for the info and and try not to get too drenched in knowledge.
