Centennial College RPN Full Time Winter 2018

World Canada CA Programs

Hi, I'm starting Practical Nursing Full Time at Centennial College on January 22, 2018. Just wondering if any past/current students who took the full time course load have any advice?!? It will be very appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!

I'm starting Jan 2018 too! Wishing you luck!

Good luck to you as well! Are you going to orientation?

I cant make it out to orientation since I have work :( Are you going?

Oh no! Yes I'm going tomorrow. Do you already have a timetable?

Do you plan on going into the bridging program afterwards? And I do! I am in block 6. How about you?

I'm going to do 1 year first and see how I feel about doing the bridging. I don't have a timetable yet as I just finished PreHealth at Centennial last week and now waiting for them to see the final grades and lift the hold.

I applied for Centennial for Sept 2018. I haven't heard back from the school yet. Did you all get early acceptance?

We applied for January 2018 program start date. I applied in September 2017 through an internal application and got my acceptance (I think) in November.

If you applied for September 2018, most schools start sending out acceptance letter in February. They wait until February because that's when the college applications are all due.

Have you applied to other schools?

Oh wow, congrats to you for getting in. It is super competitive, my school councillor said I will need at least an 85. I have an 84 right now. I also applied to GBC, Seneca and Humber, but my first pick is Centennial College as I'm only 5 mins away.

Thank you very much. I've heard it's competitive but I've also heard the collaborative program is even harder to get into.

That's a good GPA! Keep it up and good luck in everything.

For the people who were accepted to the program, what average did you have in the the four classes in high school.
