by Flare Feb 7, '06So I looked into getting a job at a camp in PA and I emailed the director of hiring with a question about applying for reciprocity in that state and he replied stating that my NJ license is fine... this seems wrong to me and I've got all sorts of alarms going off in my head - anyone have any insight to add to this?

The camp may be satisfied with your NJ license, but that doesn't mean it's legal. I would check with the PA Board of Nursing -- they can give you a definitive answer.
I have worked as a surveyor for my state, and I know that camp nurses here are required to be licensed in this state.
