- Jan 30, '12 by starghadeeri was looking at some of the previous PAVA forums and it seems like applicants were starting to receive calls for interviews about a month after the deadline. so for us i guess it'll be about late february. good luck to all!

I live in the Bay Area, California, and just got a job offer at a behavioral health center in North Dakota that would begin March 2. I don't know if the move would be worth it, and I REALLY want the VA...

My friend emailed it to me and wanted to share for those of you waiting, it stated, "You got qualified for the position however you were not among the most highly qualified candidates, therefore you will not be referred to the selecting officials at this time" they continued saying if more candidates are needed we will re-evaluate your application after 90 days. WTH!?! She told me I guess it's onto the next application. Good luck to everyone that

I just heard that those who do not have a BSN will not be qualified unless they have extensive experience. I am an ADN, have 1 year experience as a CNA, 4 years as an LVN @ the VA....hope things work out this year. I wish you all the best of luck.
