Hello fellow new grads!
I'm starting this post to round up all the applicants for the 2013 cohort at Scripps in San Diego. I called HR today and they were rather tight-lipped about when the application would post, and was told "It will post in about 30-45 days" and to "keep checking the website". Enlightening, isn't it? Also to those who applied for the last round and will be re-applying, any tips you want to share for us newbies? thanks and I look forward to hearing from everyone that's just as stressed as I am.
For those that have had interviews, I am guessing that I should be expecting to have about 3-5 interviewers right? Anyone know if there might be more than that?
It would be a good idea to have an extra resume or two (or whatever you're bringing) just in case. I didn't see more than 5 at a table yesterday.

Thanks for all the info. I'm interviewing next Monday, and am more than a little stressed about it. Driving in from Tucson. Having some idea of what I'm going to face, so I can at least visualize it, helps remove at least a few of the unknowns in this situation.
I'm not especially fond of the odds (1 out of 4+), but if ya don't try ya can't get it. Whoever gets in from this thread, we should all meet up for a coffee or something near the beginning of the program. Coriander's is on me. ctglove too. As long as it's just coffee.:***:

Okay, to visualize...
When you park, just take a second to breathe.
When you get upstairs, the talent manager will sign you in. You will fill out a background check form, and then be seated.
She will call you when it's your turn.
When you walk into the room (she will lead you in), it's a large room with approximately 7 tables spread out all over the room. The panels will be seated at those tables. It's pretty loud, to be honest. Each table will have a number on it.
Your interview will take anywhere from 10 minutes to half an hour, depending on how many questions they throw at you.
You know, Zippity, that's an awesome question and I have been wondering the same thing since June.
They do score your answers, and write a lot on their scoring cards. From there, I have no idea. I imagine they have some say in things, but maybe the talent managers are the ones who sort through them all and make the final decision.
Does anyone else know?

I do not remember exact questions but they were all behavioral. Name a time when.....give us an example when....It all had to do with your personality and how you handle situations.
