Hi everyone! I'm thinking about moving to San Francisco from Phoenix, and I'm trying to figure out if I can afford it. I have two years ICU experience. I've googled salary ranges, and it seems that San Francisco RNs can make anywhere from 60,000 to 120,000 per year? This is quite a range. I have my BSN - does this make a difference? It doesn't in Phx. I realize this is somewhat personal, but I'd love to know how much money ya'll make! Thanks for any information you can share!
If it's a publicly funded hospital like UCSF they have their wage scales online by position. They will tell you how much you'll make based on your experience.
